If anyone objects to your right to this trademark, they must file a complaint with the ministry within a maximum period of one month from the date of the advertisement.

    Registering trademarks

    Registering trademarks is important for protecting intellectual property. The application for trademark registration is submitted to the Trademarks Office at the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade. The process involves four main stages for trademark registration: the filing stage, where the form is filled out and the required images are attached, and then the file is submitted to the Ministry of Trade and Industry.     Registration Stage

    The final stage of trademark registration is the registration stage. If no objections are raised against the trademark, a certificate is issued to the owner of the trademark, containing all the information related to the establishment as well as the trademark itself. The certificate includes a representation of the trademark. The owner of this trademark is granted protection for a period of ten years from the date of filing. This trademark serves as proof of ownership, and no one is allowed to imitate or forge this trademark. Anyone who imitates this trademark is subject to legal consequences.

    Examination Stage

    In this stage, the Commercial Registration Department examines the similarity between this trademark and other trademarks and verifies whether the trademark is counterfeit or not. The Examination Committee then decides to approve the trademark without conditions, approve it with conditions, or reject the trademark entirely. If the application is rejected or approved with conditions, you have the right to file an appeal against the decision of the Commercial Registration.
